This 2 day course will be held in Oconomowoc, WI on Monday, November 7 and Tuesday, November 8, 2011, at the Olympia Resort and Conference Center, 1350 Royale Mile Road, Oconomowoc, WI.  Registration the first day is from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M., with the course hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. on the first day and 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M. on the second day.
