This 2 day course will be held in Milwaukee, WI on Monday, November 28, and Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 6401 South 13th Street, Milwaukee, WI.  Registration the first day is from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M., with the course hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. on the first day and 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M. on the second day.
