Topics for this course include: NEW DEVELOPMENTS (Digital goods, disregarded entities, penalty – failure to produce records), STREAMLINE SALES AND USE TAX (county and local tax – who charges it, sales rate lookup demonstration, vehicle sales, drop shipments, where does a sale take place); EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES (what can you accept, what can you give); MY TAX ACCOUNT (who needs it, how to set up, what are the advantages, how to file and pay, how to know if you did it correctly, and an OPEN FORUM for questions/discussion.
