Continuing Education Credit Information
The WISCONSIN ANNUAL INCOME TAX COURSE includes TWO HOURS OF ETHICS CREDIT.
Participants receive a Completion Certificate to be used as proof of attendance in applying for continuing education credit.

Credit hours

• Wisconsin Annual Income Tax Course - 15 hours (including 2 hours of ethics)
• Wisconsin Agricultural Tax Issues Course - 3.5 hours

Tax Insight courses are approved for credit by the following agencies:

• IRS Enrolled Agents
• Certified Financial Planners
• Wisconsin Continuing Legal Education
• Institute of Management Accountants

Lodging
Please make your own reservations directly with the hotel, usually where the meeting is held.  We reserved a block of rooms until four weeks before each course.  After that time, rooms are available on a first-request basis.  When making arrangements, indicate you are attending the Tax Insight Income Tax Course to qualify for a special rate.

Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather (determined by Phil Harris, Director, Tax Insight, LLC), you may choose one of the following two options: 1) receive a partial refund and have materials mailed to you or 2) transfer to another course location on a space available basis for a small fee.

Special Accommodations
If you need special accommodations or have special requests, please advise us when you send your registration form or register on-line.

Tax Deduction for Educational Expenses
Treasury Regulation §1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses undertaken to: (1) maintain or improve skills in one's employment or other trade or business, or (2) meet express requirements of an employer or a law imposed as a condition for retention of employment, job status, or rate of compensation.

Substitutions
You may make substitutions at any time at no charge.  We appreciate advance notice of substitutions to speed on-site registration.

Meeting room temperatures vary.  Therefore, we recommend that you wear layers of clothing for your comfort.
