Registration Information

Look for registration information on 2012 courses in the spring.
How to Register
You may register via internet, mail, fax or phone. Please use a separate registration form for each registrant.   Duplicate forms as needed, but please put only one registrant on each form.  We will send you a confirmatoin letter by U.S. postal service.

Using the Internet
1.  The Wisconsin Tax Courses page has two types of tax courses: Annual Income Tax and Agricultural Tax Issues.  Select the type of course you want to attend from the left hand Tax Courses menu.
2.  Select the specific school location you want to attend in the left hand Registration menu (currently unavailable).
3.  Click the "Add to Cart" button on the course screen.
4.  Follow instructions to proceed to checkout after you have added all of the courses you want to attend to your shopping cart.
By Mail or Fax
1. Open the registration form pdf document.
2. Print the Registration Form document (one for each attendee).
3. Complete the name and address information on the registration form.
4. Check the box of the location of the course(s) you want to attend.
5. Calculate the total registration fee.
6. If paying by check, enter the amount of the check.
7. If paying by credit card:
     a. check the box for the kind of credit card
     b. enter the credit card number and expiration date
     c. enter the total amount to be billed to the credit card
     d. print the cardholder's name
     e. enter the billing address if it is different from the mailing address already entered
8. To send by mail, place the registration form(s) (and check if paying by check) in an envelope and mail them to:

9. To send by fax:  Include your credit card number, expiration date, billing address (if different from your mailing address) and signature, and fax the registration form to (608) 831-1065.

By Phone
1. Choose the courses you want to attend.
2. Have your credit card ready.
3. Call (608) 831-1040 for assistance in registering.

Registration Confirmation
We will send a confirmation letter to you by U.S. postal service within two weeks of the date we receive your registration, and it will serve as a receipt for fees paid. If you do not receive a confirmation letter after two weeks, contact Tax Insight at 608 831-1040 to confirm your registration. Please bring the confirmation letter to your tax course in case there is a question about your registration.

Please note the following cancellation and transfer of location policies.

Cancellation: To cancel a registration and receive a refund, you must contact Tax Insight at least 7 days before a scheduled tax course. We deduct a $10 cancellation fee from the amount refunded.  We do not give refunds for cancellations we receive fewer than 7 days before a course.

Transfer: You may transfer to a different location up to 7 days before a course.  There is no transfer fee.

On-site Registrations
We accept on-site registrations if space and materials are available.

Substitutions
You may make substitutions at any time at no charge. We appreciate advance notice of substitutions to speed on-site registration.
